yes they're rare and they Represent Korea, if this kind of thing happened to a group like DBSK i can't imagine what system Korea is working on, Does anyone in the Gov't Knows HOW significant DBSK is... i knew about South Korea becoz' of DBSK and i want to go there becoz' of them tsk tsk tsk.
